With the launching of the Nations Surety website Image Factory has developed and implemented an innovative solution to generate a large number of interactive forms required for this project. We created a custom, highly flexible online application built into the website's Content Management System, which would allow our client to easily generate practically any layout, structure, or number of fields desired for the website’s large number of different forms.

On the front end we have integrated this system into a streamlined online application process which allows users to get the exact form they need in 3 easy steps. An attractive interface places this simple 3 steps process immediately in front of the visitors on the home page encouraging users to place an order immediately. In addition we have optimized the entire website to maximize organic traffic.

In the following months we expect both the form generator and the user friendly application process to grant our client a high conversion rate and the flexibility for scalable, easy content creation.

Pasta D'Arte is a tiny, locationally challenged restaurant in Chicago's Norwood Park neighborhood. When Mark Gianinni approached Image Factory for the overhaul of Pasta D'Arte's identity and website, his ambitions were commensurable only to his talent as a chef.  For months, Mark was shy to go live with the online ordering system, expecting the minuscule kitchen to be overwhelmed by demand.

Latitude20 / Restaurants

Image Factory has envisioned the online image for this former Chicago food truck as a fun, urban-contemporary twist away from the typical overly decorated Bollywood look attached to most Indian restaurants. Our initial logo proposal went through some transformations due to vision differences between our clients, so the result is somewhat of a compromise. As it is most times the case with a group of partnering clients, bringing them all on the same page for design decisions was the continuous challenge of this project. We think that in this case the multiple revisions eventually benefited our logo design project.
 
However, due to multiple internal disagreements, our clients decided to give up on the food truck project in less than 2 months after it was launched, and the Latitude20 food truck has been removed from the streets of Chicago at the end of it's short lived first summer season. 
 
We still care about this "retired" project, and decided to add it to our portfolio due to the many innovative graphic and web design solutions as well as the forward-thinking programming ideas it has incorporated.

Little Bucharest Bistro / Restaurants

Branko Podrumedic, the owner of Little Bucharest Bistro is an iconic figure of the Romanian community in Chicago. While his restaurants kept reincarnating in different locations and under different names, Little Bucharest has always been their flagship. Branko is a traditionalist who over 20 years ago initiated "Taste Of Romania", an annual ethnic festival celebrating the food and folklore of Romania. But when Branko came to Image Factory, he was ready for a change: to aggressively expand his marketing efforts towards a more diversified patronage then the Eastern European and Balkan clientele, attracting the American public through his more eclectic menus.
Branko wanted Little Bucharest's new image to reflect this change.

Somewhat less known to the American public is a glorious historic period between the 2 World Wars when Bucharest was perceived as the Little Paris due to its flourishing culture and many architectural similarities with the French capital city. Back then Bucharest was a trendy place with lively boulevards, cabarets, night clubs, and bistros. Together with Branko, we thought that perception could be beneficially revitalized both through our design of the website and the restaurant's own decor. 

Our concept of the landing page reflects this new image: we designed the website using imagery from Bucharest's glory days. Our graphic design gave the website the intimate smoky look of a "Belle Époque" French bistro. Through a calendar of events we emphasized in our design the live entertainment specific to the restaurant, and created support for online reservations. We developed an e-commerce website with custom CMS that allows easy and quick updating of the menus, snappy orders processing, and intuitive interactive reservations management.

(NASDAQ: ININ) is a global provider of contact center automation, unified communications, and business process automation software and services for mid-size to large organizations.
The challenge was to design in record time a set of icons compatible with all mobile operating systems in a fluid industry that at this point has no standards. We set our goals even higher by personalizing the icons to reflect our client's global branding efforts.
We have to credit Interactive Intelligence's senior software development team, especially Mr. John Clark and Mr. Eric Crump who were both instrumental in the success of this project. With their timely advice, feedback, and guidance we were able to swiftly and efficiently move forward and deliver within the projects time constrains.

Our logo concept for the Elizabeth Paul high-end leathers was a hand written logotype allowing the client the versatility of using it from labels to actually branding leather samples with this cursive, elegant, signature styled graphical symbol. The cursive abbreviation of the signature logotype allows the client extended usage versatility while still preserving brand recognition.
The new (under development) Elizabeth Paul Fine Leathers B to B website has been designed for business partners in the industry,\. The fully developed version would allow quick samples and product ordering online while showcasing the leathers and their qualities. Powered by our user friendly Content Management custom platform, the products, their prices, and the images illustrating them can be quickly edited, replaced, and updated by our client.

One of our long time clients, Andreea Pfeifer returned to Image Factory for a full redesign of Girl Friday, a Chicago cleaning service. We returned to her project and designed a far more complex online presence for a successful business that has grown and matured. The new girlfridayus.com reflects this change with new features such as a ?Before and After" gallery, support for gift certificates, an interactive Areas Served page, and of course a mobile version.
